Program Description

This is a one year (two semesters) specialized program offering a comprehensive study of a wide range of theoretical concepts and functional areas in human resource management. Our objective is to provide students with the foundation of effective human resource compliance and to give them an overview of the dynamics of conflict theory, styles of negotiation, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
The program is designed to decimate basic skills and knowledge to the students to help them understand the importance of aligning HR practices and policies with overall organizational strategies.
