Program Description

The Master’s program in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MATESOL) produces graduates with the necessary skills to train faculty members who excel in their roles as teachers, creative researchers, and scholars. This program prepares educators for a variety of positions both in the United States and abroad. Our students are equipped with specialized knowledge and field skills for teaching English to speakers of other languages. Upon graduation, they will be competent professional teachers with demonstrable leadership skills.
