Program Description
The Program was
developed to support the importance of the Job of the Academic and Managerial
Supervision in schools. The program is based on the psychiatrist Carl Jung
Modality Theory and aims to
empower academic supervisors to understand, anticipate & face challenges in
their teams and to empower them to assign tasks to suitable team members, it
also encourages academic
supervisors to invest in the personal & psychological powers of their teams
and to develop the supervisor’s Crisis Management skills.
