The Arab Knowledge and Management Society (AKMS) is a not-for-profit organization chaired by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh and with a membership of a host of prominent figures in the field of knowledge and management across the Arab region. AKMS is a pan-Arab regional society which aims at deepening knowledge and skills in the fields of management and knowledge among individuals and organizations in the Arab world through meetings, workshops and specialized training courses.
 

AKMS was founded in 1989, in Buffalo, New York, USA and was officially registered in Amman in 1990. Our expanding network of more than 20 representatives in the Arab world, along with our international associates, enables us to excel in delivering competitive services.


Objectives
1. Provide high-quality training and education which meet the needs of our clients and their employees
2. Increase the international scope and reputation of the AKMS
3. Develop the AKMS through growth and strategic alliances with reputable international institutions
4. Concentrate on all managerial concepts that highlight the role of the manager in the organization, especially in the Arab world, to utilize resources in optimal ways
5. Develop the managerial skills of AKMS members and strengthen their role in the process of management development.
